Intense Barre involves the Not-So-Average barre class. With stretching, ballet movements, and infrared technology which helps to improve trainees' flexibility. You will receive all of the benefits of infrared technology, while burning the maximum amount of calories. We do not suggest this class for first-timers or beginners.

Bring your A-Game and enjoy a mixture of Cycling, Barre, & Yoga-- 5-minute warm-up on bike, 15-minutes of rhythmic cycling, 20-minutes of barre with a high intensity, low impact level, 15-minutes of a power yoga flow, and finish class with 5 minutes of cooling down and intense stretching. This class incorporates full body movement exercises, circuits with weights, spin, hiit, and stretching!
